1. Society Outreach events (camps / clinics) to render Free of Charge (FOC) Medical service (Doctor Consultation) & issue generic medication.

1.Identify locations (In slum areas / rural segment) across all geographies of KIMS Hospitals Group to commence clinics manned by a Doctor & Nurse to aide Free medical care to general population. The clinic will be held daily and will act as a nodal medical care point for the surrounding population. FOC services like Vitals check, Sugar check, ECG and medical consultation for all ailments will be rendered through these set-ups.

2.The purpose of the clinic will be to reachout to the society and help people in obtaining timely medical care and guidance.

3.Vitals Check, Sugar check and ECG will help in assessing any life threatening problems posed to the society.

2. Contribute to Institutional (Central Govt) Research work with medical / medical-support goals.

    1.Indian institutions / bodies autonomously governed and receiving Govt aid are carrying out Research activities towards betterment of society. The research undertaken is often in the field of Medical devices /molecules that can help the society in general / large.

    2.KFRC will support such research to facilitate development / evolution of products for the benefit of mankind. 

    1. Contribute to NGOs / Non-profit foundations for FOC healthcare support to beneficiaries.

     KFRC acknowledges the focussed work carried out by various NGOs in rural geography to extend preventive   healthcare & hygiene oriented support. While KFRC intends to reach out to the interior locations it is optimal to   connect with existing well- networked Not for profit & Non-Govt Organisations and ensure that all possible   healthcare as well as preventive care support is rendered to the rural residential societies.

    4. Skill Development Initiatives

     KFRC believes in the skill development initiative undertaken by the GOI in July 2015. While many organisations have   dovetailed in making this initiative successful across the nation, KFRC wants to lead skill development of population   for healthcare platforms. Training is carried out for roles in Technical, para-medical and administrative areas to enable   the young population in starting their employment in reputed healthcare set-ups.

      Through Bollineni Medskills, KFRC will reach out to Class10 pass and Class 12 pass population and impart   adequate skills for them to start their work life on a strong footing.

    1. School Infrastructure Development

     As a responsible organisation, KFRC strongly believes that schools are the first and most important   learning platform for a society. While the Govt has set up numerous primary and secondary schools in the   country, it is enjoins upon organisations like KFRC and other NGOs to undertake steps to upkeep or expand the   available facilities in their respective geography. On these lines KFRC has identified more than 100 schools that   require infrastructure support like drinking water facility, furniture for the school to conduct classes, toilets for   the inmates, etc. With an objective to help the education sector of the society, KFRC will initiate   necessary and time-bound infrastructure upgrade.

    1. Miscellaneous activities funding support in healthcare based initiatives

      KFRC will continue to pursue & fund their existing research work and additionally undertake following   activities to make an impact on a larger population –

    • Patient education (in healthcare field) videos
    • Women’s hygiene (in poor awareness & affordability zones like rural & slum areas)
    • Deaf enabled foundation
    • Stress management education to working professionals
    • Infra for FOC medical services (Scope and Plan yet to be finalised)

         1.CSR Clinics to continue @ Khairtabad, (Hyd) & Aler (Bhongir)

          2.10 camps to be carried out per month

    2. Supplementing school infrastructure development programme

    A.Upon receipt of requirements from Govt aided / ZPP schools to KFRC for setting-up computer lab in their premises, KFRC representatives assess the school functioning and based on the students syllabus and study pattern. Upon satisfactory review of the school and its overall functioning, KFRC approves purchase and handover of computers / desktops as donation for schools in the states of Andhra, Telangana, Karnataka & Maharashtra. The objective is to supplement school infrastructure in semi-urban and periphery locations for creating a better learning platform in schools.

    Activities proposed in FY 23-24 through KFRC CSR Wing

    1. Skilling and re-skilling of graduates / 12th pass youngsters by KFRC

     With an objective to aide skill development amongst 12th pass and Graduate students of the society, KFRC has identified 6 skills   (in healthcare field – not taught in schools / colleges) which are most sought after in today’s healthcare market. KFRC has initiated   3 months and 6 months duration certificate courses for these skills. Aspiring candidates will be allowed to learn at the KIMS   platform to enable them improve their skills to become employable in the healthcare system.

    1. KFRC and Tech Mahindra Foundation – joint venture to skill prospective candidates in roles of GDA, Billing Exe, etc., in FY 24

     To aide efforts of Tech Mahindra Foundation, KFRC has provided platform to conduct skill development programmes (In General   Patient care & Billing function) based on the directive of GOI in July 2015. While many organisations have dovetailed in making   the skills development initiative of the Govt of India, successful across the nation, KFRC wants to lead skill development of   population in the healthcare platform. Training is carried out for roles in para-medical and administrative areas to enable the   young population in starting their employment in reputed healthcare set-ups.

    1. Training & skilling of Nursing staff / Nursing course students (Free of charge)

     As a supplement to the Nursing education curriculum, KFRC is setting up a skill lab in Hyderabad city to provide a   training   platform for nursing students / trainees of various Nursing colleges, Nursing schools and healthcare   institutions to facilitate hands   on training via simulation on manikins. This will support the nursing student   fraternity to be better equipped in their skills and   knowledge while approaching for job prospects.

    1. Recommend support to HKM charitable foundation:-

    HKM (Hare Krishna Movement) charitable foundation has requested for considering expansion of their centralised   kitchen facility @ Narsingi. The kitchen is providing highly subsidized & hygienic free meals to beneficiaries (Attendants in   hospitals / Breakfast in Govt schools / Farmer or Hamalis in Market yards, etc) in Hyd city.

    1. Continued support towards sponsoring Education of students
    1. A tribal school (937 students) in Salem Dist started in 2001 is seeking Civil Infrastructure development In the form of 13 Class rooms for Classes 1 to 5 and hostel space enhancement for the existing inmates.
    2. Sponsorship to one medical student (over next 5 years) through Prashanthi Balamandira Trust
    3. Set up permanent civil structure to aide Nursing Education @ Kancheepuram.
    4. Hi-Vision Foundation – a foundation aiming to contribute to the society via paying tuition fee of select aspiring & motivated students (coming from a poor socio-economic background)
