KFRC is an approved agency of the KIMS Group of Hospitals, responsible for all Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The organisation diligently adheres to all government guidelines, as outlined in the relevant central government acts, when providing financial support to eligible entities within society. Additionally, KFRC conducts scientific research funded by donations from companies or equivalent entities, in compliance with Section 35(i) Clause (II) of the Income Tax Act, 1962, enabling donor organisations to receive a 100% tax exemption. Individuals donating funds to KFRC can benefit from a 50% tax exemption under Section 35 and/or Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.
KFRC allocates funds to enhance the well-being of society, mainly in the following areas: i) Health Care ii) Education iii) Support to physically challenged.
